Draft for review. This text has not been finalised and may change before launch.
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Raviga Apps Private Limited (“Raviga”, “we”, “us”), which operates the Raviga app. By using Raviga you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Raviga is
Raviga lets you describe software you want built, by voice, text or by uploading a document. Your recordings, files and drafts stay on your phone; only the text needed to write or price your brief is sent to us, and it is not kept until you submit. We use AI to turn your description into a requirements document, quote it in credits, and our team builds the project and hands it over to you. Raviga is a software development service.
How we build. The Raviga team builds every project using Claude, Anthropic’s AI, including Claude Code. People on the team direct the work, and the team reviews every project before it is delivered to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. If you use Raviga for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business to these terms.
3. Your account
There is no sign-in. Your account lives on your device and is protected by a recovery key, and optionally a verified recovery email. Keep the recovery key safe: without it or a verified email we cannot restore your account if you lose your phone or reinstall the app. You are responsible for activity from devices linked to your account. You can see and remove linked devices in Settings. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred. Drafts are stored only on the phone where you made them: we do not back them up, and they do not move to a new phone with your account.
4. The requirements document
The document is drafted by AI from what you tell us, and everything you send is checked automatically first (see section 10). AI can misunderstand or invent details, so read it carefully and edit it before you submit. The document version you submit is the agreed scope of work. Anything not in it, or listed under “Out of scope”, is not included. Raviga builds new projects from scratch. We don’t take over, fix or extend existing code.
5. Credits
- Work is priced in credits, at US$10 per credit. Credits are bought as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price the store shows; some packs include bonus credits.
- Credits can only be used for Raviga projects. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred to another account.
- Credits do not expire while your account exists. Deleting your account forfeits any unused credits.
- Store refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their policies. If a purchase is refunded, its credits are removed, and your balance may go below zero until you top up.
- Except as set out in section 7, by law or by store policy, payments are non-refundable.
6. Quotes and timelines
- A quote is valid for 14 days and only for the exact document it was made from. Any change to the document needs a new quote.
- The credits in the quote are charged when you submit.
- Timelines are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday). We set them conservatively; most projects are delivered well ahead of the estimate. The delivery date is set when the team approves the project, and it moves if we are waiting on your answers. A timeline is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee.
7. Review, changes and refunds in credits
- After you submit, our team reviews the project. They may approve it, ask for changes, comment, or decline it.
- If the team asks for changes, you can edit and resubmit with a new quote. If the new quote is lower, the difference is returned to your balance; if it is higher, the difference is charged.
- You can cancel a project until the team approves it. Cancelled and declined projects are refunded in full, in credits.
- Once a project is approved, work has started and it cannot be cancelled from the app. Write to us if something has gone wrong.
- Refunds under this section are returned as credits, not money.
8. Delivery, acceptance and revisions
- Code. We deliver your project as a GitHub repository transferred to the GitHub username you give us. GitHub emails you to accept the transfer; it completes when you accept it. Every delivery includes a handover guide (HANDOVER.md in the repository): what was built, how to run and deploy it, every setting and key it needs, and the third-party accounts involved.
- AWS (optional). If you want us to deploy into your AWS account, the app helps you create a role (RavigaDeployRole) in your account that our team uses for deployment. The role has broad permissions in your account. You can revoke it at any time by deleting its CloudFormation stack. You are responsible for your AWS account, its security and its bills.
- Acceptance. Check the delivery and accept it in the app, or ask for a revision. A delivery you have not accepted or asked to revise within 14 days is accepted automatically.
- Your copy. When a project is accepted (by you or automatically), cancelled or declined, we delete its brief, comments and revision messages from our servers. Keep the copy in the app, or your own copy, if you need it later.
- Revisions. Each project includes 2 revision rounds to fix anything that does not match the submitted document. New features beyond the document are a new project.
9. Ownership
- You keep ownership of everything you give us: your recordings, text and ideas. You give us a limited licence to use them to provide Raviga. That licence ends when you delete them or your account, except where we must keep records by law.
- When a project is delivered, we assign to you all the rights we hold in the code and materials we deliver for it. Much of that code is written with AI tools, and the law may give AI-written code limited copyright protection or none, so we do not promise that you will hold copyright in all of it. Open-source and third-party components stay under their own licences. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, techniques and tools that are not specific to your project.
- You are responsible for what you ask us to build and for the materials you give us. You must have the right to use those materials, and the project must not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law (see sections 10 and 14).
- We keep your project confidential and do not show it publicly or to other clients without your permission.
10. Acceptable use
We do not build, and you must not ask us to build:
- malware, ransomware, keyloggers or tools to break into systems or accounts;
- phishing, credential harvesting or fake login pages;
- fraud, scams, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, or fake reviews and ratings;
- stalkerware or covert tracking or recording of a person;
- unlicensed real-money betting or gambling;
- adult or sexual services, or anything sexualising minors;
- the sale of weapons, drugs or other regulated goods without the licences the law requires;
- impersonation of real brands or people, or deepfakes;
- piracy, DRM circumvention or account cracking;
- spam bots or mass unsolicited messaging;
- scraping or trading people’s personal data;
- election manipulation;
- anything else that is illegal in India or that harms people.
Do not try to get around these rules, for example by hiding instructions in what you upload, and do not misuse the app itself: scraping, automated access, probing or disrupting our systems, or reverse engineering.
Everything you send is checked automatically. Content that breaks these rules is refused, and a project that breaks them cannot be submitted. Repeated refusals pause your account for 24 hours, and repeated pauses restrict it. Our team makes the final decision on every project. If you think a refusal is wrong, write to us and a person will review it. Credits charged for a declined project are refunded under section 7, but an account closed for abuse forfeits its unused credits.
11. Third-party services
Raviga relies on the Apple App Store, Google Play, GitHub, Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Firebase and others. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Apple and Google are not responsible for Raviga, and Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Disclaimers
We build with care, and each project includes revision rounds to put things right. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, Raviga and the software we deliver are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that delivered software will be free of defects after acceptance. Before you rely on the delivered software in production, test it yourself.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the value of the credits charged for that project, at US$10 per credit. For any other claim, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will cover our reasonable costs from claims arising out of what you ask us to build, the materials you provide, or your breach of these terms. This includes claims that your materials infringe someone else’s rights.
15. Suspension, termination and changes
You can delete your account in Settings at any time, once you have no active projects. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may change Raviga or these terms. When the terms change we update the version above, and the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue. Sections 5, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive termination.
16. Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints go to membersupport@miraquill.com. We acknowledge them within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Our Grievance Officer and company details are in the Privacy Policy, section 12.
17. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Raviga. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
