Delete your Raviga account and data
Raviga has no sign-up: your account is the phone you use it on, and any phone you linked to it. This page explains how to delete your account and your data, what is deleted and when, and what we keep and why. It follows our Privacy Policy.
1. Delete in the app
- Open Raviga, go to Settings › Privacy and data › Delete my data, and confirm.
- Projects that are still active (submitted, being built, or delivered and waiting for you to accept them) must be cancelled or accepted first. The app lists them for you.
- Drafts on that phone are deleted at once, and every phone linked to your account is signed out.
2. If you no longer have the app or your phone
- Restore your account on any phone with your recovery key or your verified recovery email, then delete it from the app as above.
- Or, if you saved a recovery email in the app, email support@miraquill.com from that address with the subject “Delete my account” and your Support ID. You can find it in Settings in the app, and the app puts it in the subject of every support email it sends. We delete an account by email only when the request comes from the recovery email saved on it, so no one else can delete your account. Otherwise we will ask you to delete it in the app. We reply within 15 days.
3. What is deleted, and when
Straight away: access to your account. Every linked phone is signed out, notifications stop, and the drafts on the phone you deleted from are erased.
After 7 days: everything our servers hold about you:
- your submitted projects, with their briefs, comments and revision requests;
- your delivery details (GitHub username and AWS account ID) and your recovery email;
- your device records and notification registration;
- the records of automated checks on what you sent;
- any data export files;
- your customer record at RevenueCat, our payments provider;
- your account itself.
The 7 days give you time to change your mind. Restoring your account with your recovery key or recovery email before then cancels the deletion.
Never on our servers: voice recordings, the documents you attached and your drafts stay on your phone. Text you sent for drafting or pricing was deleted within 15 minutes. Drafts on another linked phone stay on that phone until you delete the app there.
4. What we keep, and why
- Your credits history (purchases, charges and refunds). It is a financial record, so we keep it for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Your account identifier is replaced by a one-way hash, so it no longer identifies you.
- Backups. Our database keeps encrypted backups for 35 days, so what we delete can remain in them for up to 35 days more, until those backups expire. We use them only to recover from a failure.
- Server logs and error records. They never contain your project’s content, and are deleted within one year.
- Usage analytics, if you allowed it. These records are not linked to your account and never contain your project’s content. Google Analytics deletes them after 2 months.
- Code we already handed over to your GitHub account is yours, and deleting your Raviga account does not touch it.
- Other companies’ records. Apple and Google keep their own records of your in-app purchases under their own policies. Anthropic may keep text you sent for drafting or pricing, and project content sent to Claude while we built it, for up to 30 days (longer only for content flagged for abuse), and then delete it.
