Your rights
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) gives you rights over your personal data. This page explains how to use them in Raviga. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
1. Withdraw your consent
In the app, go to Settings › Privacy and data and switch off AI processing or Usage analytics. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and you can switch either back on at any time.
- Without AI processing, the app can’t write, update or price a brief, or submit a project.
- Withdrawing doesn’t undo what was done before. To remove the data itself, delete your account (below).
2. Download or delete everything
- Download: Settings › Privacy and data › Download my data gives you a copy of everything our servers hold about you, plus the drafts on your phone. The download link works for 24 hours.
- Delete: Settings › Privacy and data › Delete my data deletes your account. Projects that are still active must be cancelled or accepted first. Everything is erased 7 days later; what we must keep, and why, is in how account deletion works.
3. Raise a grievance
For a complaint about your data or about Raviga, write to membersupport@miraquill.com and include your Support ID from Settings in the app. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Our Grievance Officer’s details are in the Privacy Policy, section 12.
4. Complain to the Data Protection Board of India
If you are not satisfied with our reply, or we don’t reply in time, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, set up under the DPDP Act. The Act asks you to raise a grievance with us first (section 3).
Your other rights, such as correcting your data or nominating someone to act for you, are in Privacy Policy, section 8.
